SAGLAM HOTEL takes your privacy very seriously. This policy explains in a clear and transparent way how we collect, use and protect your personal data.

Contact form

• Data collected: name, email, phone (optional), subject, message.
• Purpose: respond to your enquiries (information, quotes, hotel details).
• Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) or legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).
• Retention: 3 years from last contact, except where legal or accounting obligations apply.

Stay booking

• Data collected: identity, contact details, dates, room type, payment data.
• Purpose: managing your booking, welcoming you, billing and complying with hotel obligations (guest register).
• Legal basis: contract performance (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c).
• Retention: 3 years for commercial data, 10 years for accounting records, 6 months for the arrival form.
• Processor: online bookings are operated by RoomCloud as a GDPR-compliant processor on our behalf.

3. Recipients

Your data is only intended for authorised SAGLAM HOTEL staff and our technical processors (host, booking engine, email provider), all contractually bound to confidentiality and security. No data is sold or rented to third parties.

4. Transfers outside the EU

Data is hosted and processed within the European Union. Any transfer outside the EU through a processor would be governed by GDPR safeguards (standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions).

Under the GDPR and French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights:

• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
• Right to restrict processing
• Right to object
• Right to data portability
• Right to define post-mortem directives
• Right to withdraw consent at any time when processing is based on it

To exercise these rights, write to contact@saglamhotel.com stating your request. Proof of identity may be required in case of reasonable doubt. We will reply within one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris — www.cnil.fr).

Our site uses a limited number of cookies:
